What I wasn’t expecting though was the level of compassion and care that this office provided, I recently lost my father and mentioned it only in passing over a phone call with Jennifer, when we got back home and checked the mail there was a handwritten condolences card from everyone in the office! Companies nowadays just don’t do that kind of thing, a brief conversation turned into a genuine show of love at a much needed time of grief and I felt like they looked at us as a family and not just a number on a spreadsheet!
