"I know of only one employee at this State Farm office that did not harass me. She knows that I mean her. If she is upset by what I have stated here I cannot apologize but only ask her to ask the others why they did that to me. Even that guy harassed me! Harassed by email and phone. Blocked numbers but still "hacked" through. Raised insurance rates and could not afford to pay them. Explained to them and asked for help reducing payments but received no help! None! Just the harassing calls and emails!!"

"im moving to the area soon from out of state. i tried calling several agencies as im under contract and getting ready to close. this was the only location (of the 6 i called previously) that answered right away. the secretary, Katelyne, was incredible helpful and kind! true southern hospitality! she answered all my questions and got me connected with an agent right away! it was such a relief talking with Katelyne! my experience with the agency is going smoothly and the secretary really set the tone. 10/10 recommend!"
